Core Message Public Relations Intern
CoreMessage, Inc., a Tallahassee-based public relations firm is seeking an intern to work during the summer semester. The internship will start mid June and end in August. Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 10-12 hours per week and at least two days per week. Responsibilities include drafting and editing public relations tools, assisting in the implementation of strategic public relations campaigns and communicating client news and events to the media. Some administrative tasks will also be required.
Individuals with communications coursework or experience are preferred but ALL majors are welcomed and encouraged to apply. Candidate requirements include solid writing and communication skills as well as a strong work ethic. We are looking for an individual that will fit into our close-knit team and will be able to work independently and think on their feet. The selected intern will receive a stipend upon completion of their tenure.
